Light yellow straw colour. Elegant nose, expressing golden delicious pie, white blossoms, and sea sprays. Generous buttery palate, contrasted by and bright acidity. Fresh stone fruits, green mango, with notes of salty pop-corn, and a long citrusy finish.

Medium bodied. The nose shows aromas of cherries, raspberries and toasty oak. Classic secondary notes of earth, warm spice and sweet tannins.

1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre is a typical wine of Chablis, a good sugar / acidity balance and therefore, an higher aging potential- up to 20 years ! Nicely open nose showing a great maturity – Floral nose at the beginning followed by ripe fruits notes. This wine is neat ,simple, fresh, well balanced, with floral tones.
