Can I create my own mixed case?

Unfortunately, no. AGCO rules now allow us to offer mixed cases of 12 or 6 bottles, but does not allow the consumer to assemble their own case of individual bottles. If you'd like to learn more, please contact us at (647) 861-0497.

What if I just want one or two bottles from you? Can I buy individual bottles from you?

Not directly from our website, no. According to ACGO rules, we are only allowed to sell wines in case format through our website. If you'd like to learn more, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at (647) 861-0497.

What is the minimum amount that I have to spend?

We cannot sell individual bottles. All purchases must be done by the case.

Which currency do you charge in?

All purchases must be made in Canadian Dollars.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $15 per case in Ontario. Please refer to the FAQ on locations to see whether we can ship to you.

What can I expect upon delivery?

Please ensure you're 19 years or older to receive the order. ID verification is required. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more information.

I tried the wine and it was faulty. Now what?

What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after the date of delivery of your item to request a return or report a defect. For more details, please visit our refund policy webpage.

When can I expect delivery?

For delivery in the GTA, you can expect to receive your order within 6 days.

Can I pickup the order myself?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. All wine orders must be delivered and not picked up.
