We will start this journey with an organic Chenin Blanc from Saumur, we'll continue with an organic/biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc from the confidential appellation Menetou-Salon. Particularly harmonious and aromatic, the nose delivers scents of white flowers, citrus fruits and exotic fruits. The round, rich and fruity mouth is well balanced, supported by a long and fresh finish.

'Notre Côté Sud' Pinot Noir Pays d'Oc IGP 2023

Ruby red colour. This Pinot Noir is perfumed with macerated red cherries and fine spices (nutmeg and cinnamon). The palate is dry, medium-bodied, with velvety tannins, nicely balanced between generous cherries and rhubarb flavours, and touch of earthiness.

Château Lamarque - Côtes de Bordeaux AOC 2016

Ruby red to a garnet rim. Floral tobacco scent with sweet red fruit aromas, leather, and sweet spices fills the glass. Medium to full-bodied, dry, and smooth tannic structure on the palate. The Cooked red fruits melts with a pronounced sweet tobacco flavour, and long savoury finish.
