Pale yellow gold colour. Elegant nose express white pear and melon aromas, acacia flowers, toasty notes and oyster shell like minerality. The palate is dry, medium-bodied with a creamy texture and pronounced acidity. Notes of ripe and fresh pear, melon and guava along floral notes of acacia, and a long lively and mineral finish, with notes of wet stones and oyster shell, and passion fruits.
